This is a really long meet. Athletes need to arrive in the time frame we have provided. Athletes can depart from the meet after they have warmed down and checked out with a coach.
This is a parent drive meet.
Runners without rides need to coordinate with teammates to find a ride.
Driving time is up to 60 minutes depending on traffic.
Parents need to use the XCStats carpool function to list the student passengers in their cars.

1655 Iron Point Rd, Folsom, CA 95630
I-80 E and US-50 E to Prairie City Rd in Sacramento County. Turn left (over freeway).
Turn right into the main parking lot or turn right onto Iron Point Rd.

7:00 am Meet at Vet's Theater parking lot
7:15 am Depart Vet's Theater parking lot
8:00 am Arrive Folsom High School

Later Departures will not meet at Davis High
